DELIVERY COST

The shipping cost will be charged as a flat rate, which includes the packaging. 

This rate is based on your address and country of delivery

Parcels are sent through Correos Express and Correos (Spanish post office)

Free Correos Express and Nacex delivery with payments methods: PagaMásTarde, PayPal, Debit/Credit Card or bank transfer.

Free Correos Express and Nacex shipping to mainland Spain/Baleares.

Correos Express delivery is not available for Canary Islands/Ceuta & Melilla.

*** For Canary Islands/Ceuta & Melilla delivery is done by Certified Post

*** COD is only available in Spain with 3€ charge

***Orders for Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla may attract a local tax charge

For UK/Europe

Certified Express post delivery – 5 €

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 working days

Nacex Express post delivery – 10 €

Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days

Free shipping - on orders over 70 € 

For USA

Standard delivery – 10€

Estimated delivery time: 10-12 working days

Certified delivery – 15 €

Estimated delivery time: 7-10 working days

Free shipping - on orders over 110 €

In the case, that www.fashioncalamargigante.com changes the shipping rates, the new ones will appear in the website.  If in doubt, please email us.

RETURN OF GOODS

If a product is damaged or if it broken during shipping, the customer can return the item within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the purchase.  The product must be unused and in perfect condition, including original packaging.

The client needs to contact us immediately in writing explaining the reasons she/he wishes to return the item.  The email is to be sent to info@fashioncalamargigante.com We will advise you what address to send the damage goods.

Once the goods have been received and checked, their total sum will be returned according to the method of payment used by the customer.

It is important to know that postage paid is refundable but the postage used to return the goods, it is not refundable.
